Complaint (defamation of character)

On June 6, 2024, I visited Lewis Store at Mayfield to address my account for debt relief. During my interaction, I was directed to speak with the regional manager, Nomaswazi Sibeko. Unfortunately, the exchange was highly unprofessional, and I experienced disrespectful behavior, including the use of inappropriate language. I believe this conduct requires formal intervention and disciplinary action. Consequently, I cannot in good faith recommend this store for opening new accounts based on this encounter.
