Complaint bad service

I just experienced horrible service from Lewis and it's customer care support. I purchased 3 piece kitchen scheme which was on special and the promised to deliver next day. After a week nothing was delivered had to go back and ask them and they said they didn't have stock they are expecting it in a week. They did call me a week later saying I must choose another one which to me it was different and small also the quality was too below from what I purchased. I contacted the customer support they said they can't give the one I purchased because the price has gone up and that was a special price now and they can't give me that kitchen scheme I must find something for that price.whynmaking me pay for something they don't have in stock and I have to wait for 3 weeks for no stock answer. I just want what I purchased
