complaint against poor services rendered by Lewis

Good day<br> <br> I would like to lodge a complaint against poor services rendered by the above mentioned store. In January 2014, I purchased a base, mattress and dresser at a higher purchase from the above mentioned which totaled ?R16000<br> When the furniture was delivered I noticed that there were serious damages to the dresser, I then phoned Lewis Stores and was told that that is why the dresser was on sale of which when I saw it at the store there were no visible faults to it. This was the end of the story and the matter was not entertained by the store.<br> Beginning of June 2015, I phoned the store and told them that the base had broken and I needed it fixed, I was then told that because this is over a year later, the base is no longer under guarantee but under warrantee which meant that there will be a small charge for fixing. I was then told that it will take max 3 weeks for them to come and collect the base. <br> <br> To date this has never happened and my base as fairly new as it is , it's standing in my passage and I'm sleeping on a mattress.<br> <br>
