Complaint against Lewis Stores – Rustenburg, 3 Berg Street

We purchased a bed from Lewis Stores at 3 Berg Street, Rustenburg, and unfortunately we have been extremely disappointed with the quality of the bed and, even more so, with the way our complaints have been handled.

We have been complaining about the bed for several months and have repeatedly tried to get assistance from the relevant people at the store. We have also attempted to contact the area manager, but our messages and complaints are simply being ignored.

We purchased the bed from Lewis expecting a reasonable level of quality and, should there be a problem, we expected Lewis to stand behind the product and assist us in resolving the issue. Instead, we have been left frustrated and without a proper resolution despite numerous attempts to get assistance.

The fact that an area manager can simply ignore a customer's complaints for months is extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

We would like Lewis management to urgently investigate this matter, contact us, and provide a proper resolution to the problem with the bed.

We are not looking for excuses or further delays. We have been patient and have given Lewis more than enough opportunity to resolve this matter directly.

We would appreciate a response from senior management and a clear indication of what Lewis intends to do to resolve this issue.
