Complaint against lewis store vereeniging

Hello peter, i have a very serious complain about lewis store in vereeniging particularly a lady by the name of maria and her counterpart charles, who make themselves sheriffs and act without a court order from any magistrate by harrassing my wife at her workplace about her account which is in arrears, i dont know if it is against the national credit act what they were doing or they were doing it because she is a black woman, i do not know where to complain against this store, they are constantly harrassing my wife even though she had explained to them that her salary has taken a knock due to the pandemic amd reached a new deal but this lady keeps on threatening her even threatened to have the goods repossessed without a proper court order saying so, please help our situation is very desperate
