Complaint about Lewis store Kathu centre.

Lewis Kathu Centre my customer service experience with them was pathetic. I had a complaint in January 2020 about my bed that is making a noise, to this date I still had no-one get back to me. Other then being told "the drivers are out when they get back they will come to your premises to have a look at the bed". But the flip side of this their account is paid monthly without any hassles on my part, but a simple thing to replace my bed they can't do. Just last week I was in the store again telling them about their service non of them made means to contact me. This store gets a zero out of ten rating from me, their service and suck big time!!!
