Complaint about a wardrobe

I bought a wardrobe three months back, from the Dobsonville branch. The drawers were giving me problems, they were not opening so I immediately reported the matter to the store. They promised to solve the problem but I'm still stuck with the wardrobe that I haven't even used for the whole three months, and they deducted my money for two months and now they've tried to deduct for the third time. I even reported the matter to the head office but I still didn't receive any help.
