Complaint

Credit checks are done without client's consent. I received a notification that a credit enquiry was done on my profile without my consent, was not even in the store. I visited the store last year, ever since then I've been getting sales calls, declined and then on the 18th July I saw an enquiry was made. Too many enquiries on someone's credit profile reflects negatively on their credit profile, not to mention its wrong to do it without the clients consent, it's misuse of information.
