Complaint

<p>I have purchased couches at Lewis store in Rooderpoot, i then took them for repairs beacause they were faulty. I discovered they were delivered but not at my adress. To my suprise I was called by the consultant instructing me to pay. I then told them that i cannot pay for things I don't hAve with me. I escalated the matter to the branch manager but he did not entertain my story all he wants is the money to be payed. The instalment is increasing every day and I will not pay for things I don't hAve. I did not sign the delivery note and therefore I will not pay but my name is affected. How do I deal with such i need advise.</p>
