Complaint
Am trying to get to the aacounts department an they are transfering me non stop no one is picking up. A paying this account but theres nothing thats decreasing there its still the way i took up te credit and ive made calculations for my self and added arrears that i do owe i have R6452.08, I called in today ealier the accounts picked up before being ignored again they said i owe R 10 000 and the invoice i have states i owe R9883.63 This month and last mont it was R9808.65. Instead of decreasing its increasing .Please fix this cause this is not what i agred on i cant deal with day light ******* please i work hard to pay but theres no progress i cant deal.

06 Dec 2018, 09:54EasternCape brach called but am not satisfied things that was said over the phone dont comply with the NCA at all. How can you call me then tell me you dont have anything to see on the system.
Weird explaination is that my instalment is not decreasing becaus i have an insurance with them..Yes i understand the insurance is included in the credit instalment in a nut shell so there shouldnt be any hidden amount and when am paying it must decrease not increasing.
I have an jet and truworths account e.g i had an instalment of R1800 and i paid R820 and now the amount that i must settle is R980 because every interest and credit is on that R1800 noother amount was hidden .
So Lewis consultant tell me that its going to remain as R9883.63 until January how come ..Why am i paying my R750 the if its going to stay like tht hay maan no no noi cant understand can you please deduct accordingly Hau.
I told them to call me at 9h00 they didnt and i did send them my calculations and the invoice.
January things were fine come March it was on the same stage not decreasing.
