Complaint

Their service is so pathetic I bought I twintab washing machine 2 months ago and it does jot drain water I lodge a complaint via the sale agent and I even went to their store they promised to send someone in which they did not till today. I spoke to the store manager on Monday who also made a false promise. I am really disappointed with their service I mean I am new customer and they don't jonotheir promises.
