Complaining about Lewis

Good evening Just want to take the opportunity and thank u hello Peter for helping me with the problem I had with Lewis stores in Shoprite park They still after the 2nd time contacting you make it their effort to come to my house and tell me the fridge wasn't R18000 but R23000 So they had 3 different prices for this fridge I told them I refuse to pay them any money coz that wasn't the agreement,the manager that was here then contact someone while he was here(don't know who this lady was) Then she apparently told him he must tell me to pay a last amount of R674 then they will write off the account I asked him why should I but if I have to,to put it on paper He then took my daughter's email Nd said he'll send it on that but until today no email I don't know what else to do This people is busy getting money from elderly people
