Complaining

Thabo Tapi again I have a problem I received a call from Luwis Depatment thy telling me my claim was declined.i ask why .then the lady telling me that the .Monarch insurance company.thy say thy cant pay bec on the contracts they was no arrangement for layoff thy can’t pay .so I said bec the government said the employer must give employees letters so thy can take it to .insurance company Nd accounts.but now u tell me u cnt help me.then she tell me my insurance was canceled last year June .this was thy wil not help me .so I said why u never call me or snd any massage abt tht .now u must pay u telling me this story.as I’m ur client u should inform me everything about my account.bec if I didn’t pay u know how to call me but now bec u must pay insurance u come with stories.so if my insurance was closed or canceled last year June so means I was paying insurance tht was not longer the for me so whr did my money go.i want full statement from the first installment so I cn see .bec I was paying full installment but the errors dose not go anywhere but thy increase every month.for this year’s I pay my installment u cnt tell me I’m still owe my goods .
