Complain regarding the head office at Lewis

Haibo guys...they don't honor what is in their contract...I was supposed to be refunded in 5 working days...still waiting even today...and the branch did there work shame...the problem is head office...I don't know how many emails I've sent to them...but no one is willing to assist...
