Complain over my lounge suit

I've bought a Alice 4 pce lounge suit at Lewis Stores Middekburg Eastern Cape on the 5/11/2014,During December the 2 double seats broke,since December I've report the complain to the Manaher,Marjorie Williams.Since ive report it the first day up till today I batteling to get a new lounge suit. The DGM Mrs Basadien was here at my house 7 days ago and she was coming to collect money on my account and I show her the broken lounge suit and she told me that lewis must come and collect the item immediantly and cancel the deal and I must come and choose any other lounge suit of my choice, but the manager(Marjorie Williams) was told by the DGM she must sort out the customer but the Manager said why did the DGM not sort out the complain by herself.The Manager have a bad attitude and realy she chase the customers away at the branch,and she is the unfriendly Manager in a branch<br> Now im still struggeling for a other replace lounge suit.Can you please call me for a full explanation.
