Complain on extremely bad customer service
I bought a wardrobe @lewis kwamashu in November 2019 when I reach home I saw the damages on it. I went to store to report the matter was January 2020 and on the 28th of July 2020 the guy came to check the item and he told me he ordered some part of the wardrobe till now I never got assisted I alway call them 2 weeks back the store manager said my wardrobe will be fixed on the following week but still now I'm waiting.
