Complain from an angry customer

My sister made a purchase of kitchen unit and coffee take from Lewis furniture store,

They delivered the goods on the day that was raining and it got affected by the rain. I reported the matter to them from 2019 up until today they have not responded to my complain. I am pleading to hello Peter to assist me to resolve this matter.
