Complain

Hi I'm not happy what Lewis did to me I stay at KwaMashu I have account with them of which I took KIC fridge, 32inch tv and laptop on 01 October 2020 my tv was ****** I went to KwaMashu Police station report a case the case was reported and received a case number I did write an affidavit with the case number and submitted to the store at KwaMashu Lewis branch to get my tv replaced because the items are insured the lady was helping me she was very rude I waited to get my replacement till today but I'm still paying the full instalments while I don't own 1 of the items I did tried to speak with the managers they always promising that they will track my claim please help
