Complain about Lewis’s store Head Office

Good day

Please note that I had difficulties of paying my account until I was handed over to Lewis attorneys so I managed to settled my account via debit, but now Lewis and their attorneys never remove the administration under name and it really affects my credit record, I tried to call Lewis Head Office no one wants to talk to me, they drop the phone once I tried to explain my story so please help me on matter.
