Complain

I had such a bad experience with the Lewis store in Eldorado Park. I bought I lounge suite cash and a week later I realise that the lounge suite was in a bad condition it seems like it was a used set. I went to the store to complian but with no avail all I want is my money back I can't deal with a store that is so ********* and that is treating they customers so unfair . I want my money back that's all.
