Complain

i had a very bad expirience on the 22th December at Lewis York road i arrived there after 11am on the day i was attended on my arrival by a lady whom didn't even introduce herself (no Name tag) she took me to Vuyiseka who is very professional she assisted me in a blink of an eye credit was approved everything confirmed now i waited for my stove that they were fetching at the warehouse and that took them 4 hours The manager (zweli who showed no interest told me to sit down im not the only client there while he was assisting someone who came after me and told me the store was supposed to be closed at 13:00 to my surprise he was assisting someone who came after 14:00 when i went to complain to the ladies whom i met at the door they told me its still early some customers came at 8:00 which means im complaining for nothing, now the manager told the staff members to close the door while im still inside there are no air conditioning at the store they use fans that are closer to their desks meaning customers must just boil there by that time the manager was packing his alcohol to his car excited not worrying about my stove and kept saying the delivery car is coming, 4 hrs later when the stove they told me i need to buy a cable for the stove which costs 280.00 to install by that time the shops were already closed up to this day im sitting with a stove with out a cable
