Company ignores debt review applications

I wish I could give a zero rating!!!! You're a bunch of *******! I app**** for debt review and all my creditors including YOU received a notification of application and instruction to cancel debit orders well in advance but you decided you ignore my debt councilor and still took the money. Now you have the audacity to tell me that you have the right to take my money until you've accepted the debt review arrangement!!!! How does that make sense in any way??? The reason people go into debt review is because they're really struggling financially and can't even afford to breath!!! My first payment already went to my debt review plan AND you took your payment which made me completely broke! Im supposed to be breathing now, but Im still suffocating because that money you took, I needed to borrow somewhere else so that my family can eat! You're selfish people and deliberately ignored my debt councilor because your whole plan was to take this one last payment from me. You're all money hungry inconsiderate selfish and I hope you never have to experience what I'm going through right now. What you did is inhumane and *******.
