Commission not received

I signed the contract on the 20th July and the manager (*****ba mzizana) from Stellenbosch branch 156 assured us that she has sent our contracts to the head office and after we made sale, she told us stories.... We sent her multiple messages on the Whatsapp group and she didn't respond and when I went to the store to make the inquiry, she told me that she wants nothing to do with us because we were rude to her on Whatsapp, we had to speak to the other Manger(Nawal) but he was on leave when we got hired as Sales Agents...

*****ba Mzizana isn't making any effort for us to get the money, she even blocked me on Whatsapp.... It's now September with no commission.

I went to report the matter in court on the 31st August and the court gave them 14 days to make the payment and we handed the original copies to the store and today, the 20th it's going to be the 14th day and we are going back to court..... I would also like to report the negligence of the Manager because I made sales for the store and when I have to get the money no one is bothering to make contact with me.... I feel used by the store
