collection of lounge suite

the first time I complain is by the sales lady name Rubaida , my lounge suite the one chair the whole handle on the side is broken and the other one is the springs that are finish ,she then forward the complain that time manager <br> Shahieda she told me she look in to it ,that was four months ago than they refer me to Lee Ann she was very help full I give them bank statements and copy of my pay slip for a new deal weeks when past new manager Arrived by the name of Yolanda she was very help full just to get rid off me then I phone customer service spoke to a lady by the name of Rennet she promise she will call me back still waiting then I phone again spoken to a lady call Terry she told me Dedere is handling the matter still no respond it is no nearly 8 months and still nothing what more must I do go to the news papers please respond<br> the month is in march but I don't no the time
