the store in brackenfell they know nothing about client confidentiality

apparently the store people have been claiming that they calling me but never received their calls and they call my work telling everyone about my account business. now everyone at work is telling me about my account, what happened to clients confidentiality. Client confidentiality is the principle that an institution or individual should not reveal information about their clients to a third party without the consent of the client or a clear legal reason but your people decided to breach it. it doesn't matter what state is my account in now they dont have right to do around and telling my employees about my details even harassing them with phone calls
