client abuse

<p>I have been a client of best electric, (whicb is part of the lewis furniture group) for many years and was very happy with their service.</p> <p>Until i sent my lounge suite in for a minor repair...and upon the return of my goods..it fell from the delivery vehicle.</p> <p>After months of me making contact asking whqt are they going to do about the goods, they rwplaced it with a lounge suite ",with the same name and as per the supplier the specs of thia suite has since changed and us much smaller.</p> <p>When it was delivered to me i spoke to Cindy...from Best Electric complaints depeartment and said that tgw goods are not the same as i have purchased and that they must fetch it from.my property.</p> <p>Its now 2 years and after Mr Steenkamp( reginal managar) agreed to replace my goods they now are still stalling and refusing to collect the inferior product the gave me , </p>
