Claiming I stole the goods

Good day we bought stuff at Lewis stores in Vaalwater and we moved to Polokwane cause my husband got better word and I was retrenched so we paid every month but now they come and phone me cause we skipped one month that was not our fault cause we thought that it went off and now they tell me that the police are looking for me cause we stole the stuff and they want to lock me up the more I tell them and send them statements that we've paid the more they phone me and tell me I need to bring the stuff back and they're going to lock me up this is definitely not service I need the highest person I can talk to in the Lewis department cause this is unaxxeptable
