cindy 3 piece lounge suite

<p>I purchased a 3 piece Cindy lounge suite on the 30/05/2016 on credit from the Lewis store in Russell street Durban. The lounge suite was delivered on the 01/06/16.The lounge suite which was delivered which had differ from the add in the Lewis may catalogue.it was suppose to be two double seaters an 1 single.Instead what was delivered was two single seaters an 1 double I then showed the driver the add he then called Nasareen the store manager she then queried with the warehouse she then told me they no longer making two doubles n one single seater.Instead they making two single seaters an one double.nasreen then asked me to send the stock back an she will see what she can do.That same after I then received a call fr her stating that she had spoke to her manager an they decided to give me a 4 piece for the same price so I said it was fine.They delivered next day an when the guys got to my place they sprayed master guard on the lounge suite so I left it to dry.Later in the evening I was checking on the lounge suite I discover bread crumbs on the side of the sofas n there's marks n the fabric looks damaged an on one single seater an one double the back rest is flat an on one double n single sofa it's humped.i den sense Nasareen a pic n to her n I told her it looks like the lounge suite was used.she said it's not it new.shevssid the best thing to do is to credit me.i told I already gave my old lounge suite an I do not want a credit.i also reported to head office were I spoke to carol the supervisor she spoke to Nasareen an advised they wanted to assess the lounge suite I said no problem. I received a call from Kenneth the dispatch clerk from the store he asked me what I want I did tell him I want another lounge suite.he did not feed back to me yesterday.i then called in today 08/06/16 spoke to him he then said there no stock of the lounge suites he Nasareen said I rather take a credit I advised him again I don't want a credit I want the lounge suite.he then said after he can get it from stranger.now were did the stock come from.i was angry cause from day 1 I'm following up which is irritating an inconviencing me.he then said I should speak to Nasareen I asked him to tell Nasareen to call me back but she never call me back.</p>
