Charged for goods I've never received!!!!

I don't why I'm being treated so unfair at lewis, please tell me why am I paying for something that I never received. Why are your employees so cruel and so rude to your customers. Now I'm being ignored. Is it fair for me to pay for something I've never received. When they delivered some other stuff they'd told me that they will deliver soon the missing item. It has been almost a year. Why am I being treated. I want my money bank with all the interest I'm being charged. Lewis Commissioner
