Lewis stores De Aar is a place where customers and the services rendered to them is not respected by its manager and a Mrs Tessa Tiemies who think the shop is her inheritance. The head of this institution needs to do a review on the ethics and standards of the institution cz why would people be complaining about the same person and no self restraint or respect is given unless one is paying an account or opening one. How will the shop gain or retain clients with such ethics??
