Cash Back promiss not paid out !!

Lewis stores sms to all his valued customers that after buying something they promised a cash back up to R1500. We did a transaction and my refrigerator was delivered but when we start to claim the promised cash back, nothing. Elisa the sales lady, Betsie a clerk and the branch manager - Sydney contact head office everyday, without success. It is more than two weeks now that the Ventersdorp branch tried to get the promised cash back. Sydney the branch manager promised me that he will contact me every day, but nothing !!!! I received yesterday again a sms from Lewis head office for a cash back and that Lewis is their for you...<br> <br> Please help us to stop this companies to mislead the public outside.
