Carol is a star
Initially I gave a very bad review stating we have issues with our account. Carol contacted me within 20 minutes of my complaint. Our problem was sorted out within 3 days. Carol you are a star and i can honestly say she went out of her way to get our account sorted out. Thank you so so much
