Carol from the Lewis head office customer service did a wonderful job at getting my issue resolved

Carol from the Lewis head office customer service did a wonderful job at getting my issue resolved. She did in less than 2 weeks what everyone at the Plaza branch couldn't do in 6 months. She called me constantly to help me get my refund after I'd had to play tug of war with the Plaza branch to get what was rightfully mine. Because of them I will never buy from Lewis again. They all need to be trained on customer service skills. I give them zero stars! Thank you very much to Carol for putting an end to my misery. I appreciate your help.
