Cancelled account

Good day, please assist as my dad MJ Kubeka is getting more frustrated and stressed. He bought a stove at Lewis Dobsonville, upon purchase a microwave was included however cancelled before delivery. The delivery guys came several times to deliver and they were advised that the purchase of the microwave was cancelled. The store promised to cancel the microwave account and to date nothing has been done. Am not sure if it is their strategy to corn pensioners. I need your assistance with this and request that this microwave account be cancelled ASAP.
