Bureau updates
Hi Lewis it shows that you have not yet updated the Bureaus with my payment for March 2026 please can you advise when this will take place as i would like to purchase furniture and i dont want this to impact me please.

13 Apr 2026, 09:24Hi Lewis your agent tried to call me while I was in a meeting and never attempted communication a second time. Again i checked again this morning and still no update on my account. Please can this be resolved.

I have a serious problem or do i need to go to the regulator for this. I need someone to call me its very urgent please. I called your contact centre now they saying they cannot assist me my account was assigned to an agent.
