BUNCH OF ****S

My TV that I bought from them had a problem with sound and I call them so that they can check it out. They kept on promising that they will send someone to fetch it for over 2 months and they finally did after calling them almost daily for 2 months. They said the repair will take one day and they'll bring it back the following day and that never happened. I call the wynberg branch number to inquire, their number doesn't even go through. I then called customer service care and all those agents keep saying the same lie "we will transfer your call to an agent who deals with such queries in a few minute" and they never do. To this day no one has called me to update me about my TV yet I'm still paying them on time
