Bull**** service and process

I app**** for credit online they said it's approved go to your nearest store I went on Saturday to complete an application which was such a draining process they said I was approved for R48000, my stuff was supposed to be delivered today and now they call me to tell me there's an account reflecting on my name. How is it possible for someone to sign an agreement contract and now it's a problem debicheck and everything was done on my account. I need someone with common sense to explain their process because I gave my stove away and now I'm sitting with this ****. I will be contacting my lawyer with the contract they gave me.
