broken washing machine

I bought a washing machine I did not even have it for 3 months started leaking water and not working... I would not advise anyone and I mean anyone to open an account its almost 3 weeks now and still sitting with a broken washing machine and pregnant wife that cant do washing, all I want is them to give me a new washing machine. I am being told that the motor of the spinner broke???????? Oh they are saying the motor got water I do not know how does that happen but apparently they are saying we are putting too much washing in the spinner of an 18 KG twin tub washine. I would not recommend this place for anyone bad sevice faulty equipment. .
