<p>I and my wife went to complain about the chairs that needs to be fixed and they promised to send someone, it has been more than three weeks now. On Saturday we informed the store manager who promised that someone is coming on Monday and I'm still waiting. We are thinking of cancelling the contract with this store. Their service is terrible and wouldn't recommend any person to buy anything from them.</p>

This matter has been resolved, this time they were very professional. I'm very glad now with their service but it shouldn't have gone thus far if they take our complains serioussly.
