Broken bed in 5 months

I bought a double bunk bed at Lewis stores in King Williams Town last year October but 5 months later the bed is broken and i have been to the store to report and they promised to come fix or change the bed but that has'nt happend to date, im very frustrated as i don't know who to turn to and my kids are suffering as they don't have a place to sleep...
