Broken bed base

Good day.<br> I bought a bed from from Lewis store (Mokobane) in 2013. The base was making some funny noise so I called the manager to compalin about it and we concluded that it might be that the floor is not even because I was staying in a Farm at that time and I told them that I am taking the bed home and if this noise continues they should exchange it and that was our agreement. In 2014 around February I took the bed home and the sound continued then I called them again they said they are attenting to the matter someone will be sent to assess the bed but even today they never showed up. So today they called me to tell me about the promotion they are having and I told them about the compalin I have with their store and the lady just dropped the call.
