Branch refuses to assist with lodging insurance claim

<p>The lewis branch in Phokeng mall refuses to assist my uncle who is sick n lost his job to submit claim with the insurance. All documents the insurance requested have been submitted but the manager n staff in that branch wont submit insurance claim even thaough they have taken the items purchased. Their excuse is that the warddrope has broken door and he lost the tablet he received as a gift. How can the take the items back to store and no proof that the items have been returned. He didnt sign any document to proof that they received the items. They also arrange for someone to take over the installment even though the account is on my uncles name is this not some kind of *****???? I belive a person need to open his or her own account in order to get credit from registered credit providers like Lewis. This is so sad that they taking advantage that he is illiterate and also sick.
