bought fridge no delivery

I bought a fridge at Lewis at Singoland Mall in Butterworth, Eastern Cape on 10 December 2014, cash.<br> <br> Babalwa Ntlebi-Sales person<br> Zoleka Mkhentane - cashier i paid R3950.00 +delivery <br> Mandisa Sikhutsha- paid R200 to her to top up so that I can get the fridge I wanted.<br> <br> 19 Dec- received a call asking for directions for deliver of the fridge. <br> 20 Dec - I called to ask where the fridge was and was told the car carrying fridges had and accident and all fridges were inside. I have not received any help from lewis head office. Uptill now my money has not been paid. I need my refund within 48 hours from receipt of this complaint.
