Bought a new washing machine but delivered a second hand washing machine

Sold second hand washing machine as a new washing machine.

Beares furniture sold me a second hand washing machine instead of a brand new washing machine. And when I realized that I have been ****med I lodged a complaint for Beares to come and collect their machine. Beares dragged the issue until they even closed the branch. I reported my issue with Lewis group as their head office and they only managed to push for the collection of the machine and disappeared. My complaint has been with them for almost six months now with no clear communication or direction to resolve my problem.

It pains me that as a customer that bought goods of over R45k at once they don't care to assist when you are being dealt dirty by them.

I regret setting my foot in their store.
