Boitumelo Mall Lewis bad service.

I bought a TV around August and now it doesn't want to show pictures. I went to Boitumelo mall Lewis in Welkom Thabong to get it fixed. Was told that they will come and collect the TV for repairs two days ago and they haven't fetched it yet. Been trying to get hold of the manager today(14/12/23) the whole day, it's 14:00 now and she hasn't been able to attend me. I was told call again at 16:00, even then I fought I will get her. The staff are rude, they yelled at my sister over the phone and they alway drop calls on people's ears!!!!!!
