This evening i received a call from Sadia Alli a manager at customer service at the Lewis Group. She spoke with so much respect and understanding. The fact is that I resigned..by resigning I have given Zelda Smuts power. Zelna Smuts was a worker just like me with an employee number. I should have stood my ground but i allowed my fear to get the better of me. The Lewis Group did absolutely nothing to me. I got paid on time..during covid i got paid a full salary for sitting at home. I would sincerely like to apologise for my review. My beef isnt with the Lewis Group but with one person who needs to respect her staff. Sadia thank you for listening and understanding. Lastly i would to thank the Lewis group for 3 good years. I am disappointed that my service had to end this way but that is life. Sometimes we make decisions and its not always the right one.
