Best Electric under Lewis Stores are ********

My wife bought a bed a and a TV on credit from Best Electric in East London CBD. The TV is insured by their insurance which is Monarch Insurance. In September there was a break in at our flat and the tv was ******. We opened a case with Cambridge police and reported the matter with Best Electric so that their insurance can do as promised. Its been weeks now and we have not had any feedback and when call the store they keep saying they will get back to us but they never do. Mind you we are still paying installments for the tv and insurance. Im so mad right now because these people are taking for granted. I even want to include my lawyers in the matter.
