Benoni Lewis store bad customer service

I was very unhappy with the service I received from benoni Lewis store. I had a problem with my wardrobe the drawers lining got damaged within a short period of of time it's and it's bin nine months reporting about the same problem ,the keep on sending people to check my wardrobe but no solution above all I'm paying for the goods insurance for nothing.
