I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to follow up on the email I sent on the 3rd of February regarding an issue I raised. It has now been 16 days, and I have yet to receive any feedback or resolution.

To further address the matter, I visited the Alberton branch seeking an update, but unfortunately, the manager was unavailable to provide any feedback.

Could you please provide clarity on the next steps? The lack of communication and progress on this matter has been frustrating. If necessary, I will consider escalating this issue to the ombudsman for further action.

I would appreciate a prompt response.
