Bed paid for, but not delivered!

I bought a bed cash on 24.4.2022 at the Atlyn shopping centre store (branch 255) in Attridgeville. As it was a Sunday, I was reassured delivery Would be concluded on Monday and latest Tuesday early morning. Mind you this is a retailer that boosts “same day delivery”. I paid the delivery fee at time of purchase. It is already Wednesday and do I have a bed? No. The store’s number together with the national customer service line do not seem to be working and travelling again to Attridgeville will result in me having to fork out more money. So many years in the furniture business but Lewis still get the basics of customer service right? Deliver my item today or refund my money!!!
